Looking East is based on a combination of field recordings taken when out and about. The vocal - if you can call it that - is someone saying 'yeah'. The background is my kids playing in the park. the 'yeah' sound had a pitch, and a hint of rhythm, around which the track evolved.
Wavering is what the sound of claustrophobia might be.
The artwork is the shape of a face looking out from a pattern of fossils, from a closeup photo of a cliff in the Dorset Jurassic Coast.
